All my potatoes, white and sweet, were sprouting, so I decided to bake them yesterday. That’s when I discovered that the four longish, reddish potatoes were not sweet but white. So now I have a dozen potatoes to eat this week. I will be sick of potatoes by next weekend. Any ideas for making them more interesting?
