At least, not right now. It’s not all wrinkly, although a little crepe has appeared on the impending wattle. After three months of yoga, my neck looks thinner and longer, presumably because the muscles are toned and my posture is improved. Or maybe that one pound I have lost came from my neck?
I’m a little discouraged that I have not lost more weight. I would be more than happy with a pound a week. Some mornings I get up feeling thinner (like today), but the scale says no. I am trying to be conscious of my appetite, to pay attention to whether I am really hungry or just think I “need” something to eat. I’ve been eliminating flour and sugar from my diet. Maybe now I need to take a closer look at fat consumption and portion control.
